Services

Prime Appliance provides appliance repair services for residential and commercial customers in Tempe, Arizona and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone or through our website
  • We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Same-day service is subject to availability
  • A responsible adult (18+) must be present during the service appointment

Pricing and Payment

  • We provide free diagnostics and upfront pricing before work begins
  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Additional charges may apply for emergency or after-hours service

Warranty

All repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for the specific repair performed. This warranty:

  • Covers defects in workmanship and materials
  • Does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  • Does not cover issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Requires that the appliance be used according to manufacturer guidelines

Liability

Prime Appliance is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or damage not disclosed at time of service
  • Consequential damages resulting from appliance failure
  • Loss of food, business income, or other indirect losses
  • Damage caused by customer misuse after repair

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the appliance and issue
  • Ensure safe access to the appliance
  • Remove any items from or around the appliance before service
  • Inform us of any special circumstances or hazards
  • Follow any care instructions provided by our technicians

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Prime Appliance and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved in accordance with Arizona law.
